: You are in trial before a jury and the Plaintiff�s attorney has just informed the Court, that he will call a new eyewitness in the morning. The witness was not identified in the Plaintiff�s Answers to Interrogatories, nor in the � List of Witnesses � ordered by the Court. Answer the following:
A). As the Plaintiff�s Attorney what argument would you make to the Judge to be allowed to call the witness, and what options could you suggest to get him to go along?
B). As the defense lawyer, what would you argue to keep out the witness?
C). As the judge, how would you rule, and what are your reasons for your decision?
