Re: Truck in dispute

A proceeding would have to be brought in Circuit Court compelling the husband to turn over the vehicle. Good luck.

Re: Truck in dispute

The wife can simply call the police and report the vehicle as stolen, which appears to be the case. The wife can provide the police with information on the husband, who appears to be the culprit. Assuming the wife no longer wants to be married to a thief who enjoys tormenting her, she may want to seek the advice of a divorce attorney. I am not that attorney, but I can refer her to several in Miami-Dade County, Florida. One more thing, the fact that the husband took the car does not excuse the wife from continuing to make payments on any auto loan she may have on her vehicle. If she fails to pay the loan, her credit will suffer, which may very well be the purpose behind her husband's misconduct. Good luck.
