Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I own one unit out of a five unit townhouse. Can they vote to keep my dog out of the pool enclosure? I am with the dog at all times.

Why do you have to have your dog in the pool enclosure? Read your by-laws. The by-laws will state how rules can be made or changed. It is very likely that your dog will be excluded from the pool enclosure, by a majority vote of the owners. This is a reasonable rule. Not everyone is a dog-lover, and even those folks who are dog-lovers, don't need to have a dog around "at all times" nor want dog hair in the pool.
