Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Is it unlawful to Baker Act someone if they don't meet ALL the criteria for Baker Acting? Is there any legal action that can be taken against the officer who unfairly baker acted me?

Sure, get a good defense attorney. If you were not a threat to yourself or others, you should be let go within 24 hours. If any phychiatrist thought you were a threat, then you lost 24 hours. Too bad, so sad. Be sure to get follow-up therapy.
