Vandalism

I recently took my minivan to a transmission company for repairs.. I went to p/u the van and someone had stolen all of the license plates and my van was then broken into .. the back window mechanism that opens the window electronically was broken and the the console where the CD player and air conditioner controls are was torn off of at the screws.. the CD player was stolen.. the business manager adv there is nothing they can do.. they gave a radio but told me I would have to get the harness and wires and they would install it.. my window is also being held together by wire so it doesnt flap in the wind.. there is a sign in the office that states they are not repsonsible for aticles or equipment left in the cars.. but I want to know if they are responsible for the broken window and console.. please help
