Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My vehicle was broken into at a IHOP while I was eating in broad daylight. My question is can I sue IHOP for damages done to my vehicle and the items stolen from it while it was on their property?

No, not simply because it was on their property. They would have had to know of the problem.
