Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

vehicle use

I have a Habital Traffic Offender suspension and Ii am allowing a friend use my car during this time. We had agreed to transfer the title for $1 along with an agreement for 6 months' use so he can insure it. Did I screw up? It's a 72 VW convertible.

Why do you think you screwed up? Do you think he won't give it back? If he doesn't give it back, then yeah, you screwed up, because the car is now legally his. On the other hand, if your contract says he has to sell it back to you after the six months, you should be fine.
