My vehicle was worked on, due to mechanics negligence more damage was done to my vehicle after using for a month. Damage was verified by an independent service provider. What are my options

You can sue, and be prepared to have your expert testify. Also be prepared to have their expert testify that they are innocent of wrongdoing. The court/jury will sort out the testimony and determine the facts. Whoever has the most pursuasive story will win.

See also if the repair shop has insurance. If so, try to work a deal with them first.
