Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I was a victim of an assult. My fiancee was at the scene and intervened to protect me. The assalants significant other stepped in the way and got pushed to the ground. He fiancee has had charges pressed against him, and the judge gave him 12 months probation and 16 hours of community service. The night of the assult the police were called and in there report it does state that he was acting in self defense. In addition there are several witness statements stating that he was acting in self defense. The person who is pressing charges against my fiancee never went to the hospital, never filied for victim assistance. I wanted to know if the probation he recieved can be overturned or removed from his record. If so, how would we proceed?
