Victims rights

In florida if i am a bank employee during a bank robbery and the sheriffs dept. Releases the security video to the press and they post it on their internet site clearly showing me being pushed around by the robber. Do i have any recourse?

Recourse for what?

You have a claim against the bank robber for his push.

You have no claim against the police.
