Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My water has been shut off. I have no lease but the landlord did specify that I would only have to pay electricity when we moved in. I have been living hear two months and he has yet to do anything that he said he was going to do. I am living in an unfinished house with exposed wire and pipes. Do i have grounds for suing.

Suing for what? You knew what you moved into and the water is now off. You cannot live there. You have paid nothing to live there, so you have no claims.

The apartment or house is uninhabitable. You haven't paid rent, you have no lease. You have no claims and you should leave immediately because it isn't safe to be there.
