Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Wedding Album and video

Hi

I had a contractual agreement with a photograper to take my wedding pictures and video in June of 2007. I have paid in full and have yet to receive my items. I have sent him certified letters and constantly call him but still nothing yet. Each time I call him he tells me that the economy has hurt him and he does not have the resources to produce my items even though I paid him over 1 year ago. He said that his website was shut down and he no longer does weddings. I was recently on his site and he still does weddings. I am very upset and this has caused strain on my marriage. I have my contracts and all documents and I am ready to take him to court. I dont want the money I just want my wedding items. He does not seem to care and I am very frustrated. He has a ligitimate business that is making money but he refuses to produce my product that I paid for. I am just tired and want to end this now. What can I do to have him produce my items. I have since moved to GA but I am willing to go to FL to take this issue to court. Thanks

Re: Wedding Album and video

While you may sue for money damages, I doubt a judge can or will force him to produce an album and finished video.
