if i get a weekley rental agreement off the cumputer and have it filled out and singed by myself and the renter is it leagel?

Yes. Any agreement is valid if the parties agree although your rights and obligations may not be fully protected in such an agreement.
Unfortunately, while forms are available for many legal situations on the internet and from office supply stores, people that use them often create expensive problems for attorneys to fix.
I would suggest that you consult with a qualified real estate attorney to draft a lease for you. The cost should be reasonable but the protection would be immeasurable.

You are definitely better of paying an attorney to draft a personalized contract.
