Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My wife wants to drop a restraining order she filed against me. We are seperated right now and in the process she was angry about different situations that has occured but no violance. We have been together from a young age and in the past we had 1 prior problem, but again she knows I'm not a threat to her and her life. What do we need to do to drop this restraining order cause she has realized with all thats going on it the news it will incriminate me if by accident something happens as far as us dealing with each other. We have 3 kids together and recently all of them got sick at the same time with a stomach virus and all had to be rushed to the emergency room. In that time she realized how hard and terrible it is that we couldnt be there together because of the order, so please what can we do to get rid of the order. Thank you

Your wife figured out how to get the restraining order put in place against you. She already knows how to get the order dismissed. If she hasn't done this, it may be because she doesn't want to take a chance that "something" will happen as far as you dealing with each other.
