Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I wired 1570 dollars to a car/motor home dealer in Flordia. He sold the motor home and will not return my deposit because I wrote to BBB about his shady business practices. What can I Do? He also continues to write e-mails calling me a drug addict. He doesn't know Me at all. It appears about 5pm every evening he starts drinking and calls me all sorts of things. Trying to blackmail me into removing BBB complaint to get my deposit back. Tried today but he again took the same low road. Says he is rich and I am nothing. Told me he will enjoy a steak with my money tonight. Have all in e-mails, sent all to BBB in west Flordia. He used wire transfer to keep my money and also used GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. No one at credit union care. Have filed complaint with FBI, I think. How can I get my deposit back. The man is wealthy and has plenty of money.
