Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Just won my nlrb case against cox communications can i file a civil suit
I recently received a judgment from a federal administrative law judge in my favor , ordering reinstatement at cox communications (cable) i was fired two years ago on false allegations by cox management that i falsified a company document. The judge found that i falsified nothing and that the three management people who fired me knew this at the time. Cox communications false accusations and my resulting termination has caused great emabarassment and many difficulties. Can i file a civil suit for slander and defamation? The judge has ordered reinstatement with back pay and benefits, but i am now on social security as cox actions significantly impacted my mental and physical health. I will not be able to collect back pay as the social security was retroactive. They have been ordered to offer me a job, but now i may not be able to work full time. The nlrb took this action because of my union activities and the fact i was terminated for this reason , but cox used the false charges that i falsified a company document as a pretense for my dismissal.
