wrongful arrest

I was arrested in 09/02 in South Carolina for Assault and Battery with intent to kill, As of yesterday 9/04/07 I was found not guilty, What type of Attorney would I need to file a civil suit against the people that had me arrested?

You would need a civil trial attorney admitted to practice law in the state where these people are located. Good luck!
