Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Last year my father brought me a car. Now, we are having problems in our relationship and he is threatening to take the car away from me. I am 21 years old and the car is registered in my name, I pay for gas and insurance. Legally can he do this?

If the car was a gift with no strings attached he can't take it back. If the car was given in exchange for a promise, then you must fulfill your end of the bargain.
