Adult children of married parents
Can an adult child come in and have a father declaried incompintent to handle his own affairs when he has a wife to handle them. The wife is not the mother of this child. Could she have both of the declaired?

Someone can be declared incompetent by the process set forth in the law. If the husband is incompetent, but the wife is not, I see no reason why the court would not appoint the wife to manage the affairs of her husband. There is probably a legal presumption to that effect.
