Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
Baker act
I have been looking for days for an attorney that will represent a person that has been ''baker acted'
This is not a cure all and has robbed my daughter of her security in her own home! Where do I find one?

Re: Baker act
When someone is baker acted, the statutes require the court to appoint doctor's to examine the person that is being restrained against their will and also requires the appointment of a legal representative. If you want to hire an additional lawyer, you should be able to find one with an internet lawyer search.
