Baker Act law for florida
A Baker Act pt. has been admited and
we have picked out a guardian but have
not gone to court yet. Can a nurse force
routine psychotic injections before
going to court. This quesion is not
about emergency treatment.

A nurse cannot, a physician can, however, to prevent the patient from harming himself or others.
