Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
Billing/statute of limitations
I would like to know if there is a statute of limitations on billing for medical services. I just received a bill (unbeknownst to me) that will be two years old (since date of service) in another six weeks. I will really have to research this, because I may have already paid it!
Thanks.
