Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

denial of medical care, institutionalized discrimination

I have been denied health care since 1988, initially through falsification of test (my test were always negative) and institutionalized discrimination, when I tried to fight it became worsel, when I finally had the surgery I needed they did it wrong on purpose because I reported a couple of docotros to the california board for discrimination, they put a nerve in between my bones and I was in troture for 4 years, then I went to a docotr and told him in the hope that he will be sorry that I was going to die because I smoked and why not give me a bit peace, well not only he did not fix the arm but I came out of the operating room with a smoke induced blood clot in my leg, I did fall right after the surgery so I thought my pain was due to the fall, again after 10 months I was diagnosed too late but still have my leg with unbearable pain, In the ICU I was attacked by a medical student in front of the teacher she pulled my swanz-ganz catheter like is she was indana jones but on reverse. the first leg ultrasound and test said that my leg arteries were totally destroyed but the next time I had the test the results were NREMARKABLE'', I am afraid and there is no end to this sutiation. I know this situation ins beyond belief. Were can I go
