Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
I am in a dispute with a homeowners association about an emotional companion dog. The lawyers for the home owners association is requesting to see my medical records. My qiestion is: Can I stipulate that I am present while the records are viewed and that no photo copies are made and that any questions are put in writing?
