father dying
Do I have the right to make all the decisions as being the only child? He has been living with another person she is a caregiver. My mom died a few years ago,i'm on his bank accts.

Neither you nor anyone else can make decisions if he is competent to do so. If he has a will, the will will appoint a personal representative. If he does not, the court will do so, but you can apply to do so.
