Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
Fmla
I was on FMLA and it ran out on Oct 25th and I am returning to work on Oct 30th, is my job in jeapordy? I was TOLD by the HR department that FMLA was good through OCT 31st, I called and told me it was a mistake, do I have some recourse that I can take?

Just return to work. If they dont have your job for you, or one that is substantially identical, then you might want to make a written complaint with HR and find a lawyer. Also, if you feel like you are be treated differently and or retaliated against upon your return to work, you may also want to speak with a lawyer.
