Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

FREE QUESTION WITH ANSWER PLEASE...Very Concerned

My brother is ill...His live-in girlfriend is no telling us, his blood family what the problem is. I know this where HIPPA steps in, but I believe she is over medicating him also. I've been in medical field in past and I know you need a release signed, but my brother will not do this. DO I HAVE A RIGHT TO QUESTION DOCTORS NAMES, MY OLDEST BROTHER DIED RECENTLY BECAUSE HIS WIFE OF 40YRS DID THE SAME AND HE PASSED.......

HELP ME PLEASE I NEED ADVISE.......

You do not have any rights. However, if you feel your brother is being mistreated/abused, you should probably call the Department of Children and Families so that they can investigate.
