Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
giving over the counter medication to a coworker
What is the general consensus regarding management giving out over the counter medication, such as aspirin, Motrin, etc. My staff frequently feels the need to call and ask me to pick up some medication on the way to work. Should anyone have an adverse or allergic reaction, could I be held legally liable?

I see no reason or basis that you can be liable for providing over the counter aspirin, etcetera and making it available to your employees.
