my ins paid some of my bill for the health care ficility i made a n effort to pay them 50.00 a mo until paid but they want 100 dollars a month which i can not pay because i am on fixed icome and cant pay any more than that should i go on and pay the 50 dollars they sent a promissonary note for me to sign but to me it would be bad for me if i sign because i cant promised a 100 when i only can pay 50 what should i do go on and pay the 50.00 please reply desprate for an answer

don't sign any promisory note (or at least I would not). If your send them the $50 per month, in my experience, it is unlikely that they will pursue you.
