Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
malpractice?
I am pregnant, my doctor gave me prescriptions on more than one occasion and did not tell me what they were for. 2 months later the dept of Health called me and told me that I had been treated for and STD but my doctor specifically told me that I did not have any STDs can I sue him for malpractice?

Depends on whether you have been injured, what the drugs were for and whether they helped or hurt you.
