Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

medical office

This is on behalf of my mother who has sold her private medical practice and moved onto working with the hospital and teaching residents. The hospital ended up putting ads of how they gained a new faculty member and what not. The man whom she sold the office to is saying that my mom is taking his patients when she doesn't get paid for the amounts of patients she has but more like a yearly income. Her attorney will no longer represent her because she says that she thought my mom was teaching residents. Which is exactly what she's doing but in the process she must see patients with them. Please help. Thank you.

Re: medical office

Your mom needs to go and see a lawyer about this issue. It is not really one that can be answered on a pyblic forum. Sge needs some real ive advice and not off the cuff infrmation. It sounds like she has some legitimate issues amd needs some counsel.
