Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
Power of Attorney Health Care
I need to know if once I do a Power of Attorney for Health Care in the case of accident or disease, does it have to be registered at the court house (how much does that cost) or is the notarization enough?

Re: Power of Attorney Health Care
make several originals and give one to your doctor. if you go to a hospital, make sure they have one as well. it does not need to be filed at the court house.
