Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

What is the procedure if you are trying to get copies of medical records for someone that has recently died from a doctor, when there was no will? How much does something like that cost?

The personal representative can get the records. The most they can charge is $1 per page fpr the first 25 pages and then $.25 per page thereafter.
