Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
Proforming a Proceedure without a script
I formerly worked at hospital in the radiology department and watched a MRI tech preform and exam on a patient without a prescription or a verbal order from the patient's physician. How can I report this to the proper people and not seem like a disgruntled former employee?
