Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
being refused to be seen by Doctor
I recently called my OBGYN to let them
know I am pregnant and that I am
returning to town after traveling and
need an appointment. They refused to
see me stating I was ''high risk''
pregnancy. Are they allowed to refuse
seeing a patient?

Re: being refused to be seen by Doctor
Sure. Sounds like they do not care for or treat high risk pregnancy patients. You will need to find a physician that does.
