Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
reviewing your own medical record
The health care facility I work for states that we are not allowed to review our own medical record via computer. Is that legal? I thought we had the right to review our personal health record any time we wanted.

yes. you have the right to review you records whenevr you wish. It os probably sufficient for them to say you can't just access them whenever you want viak computer and insist that you view the hard records in a room (so they know when, in fact, you are looking at them).
