Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
sharing the profit
suppose a common citizen was of assistance to the discovery of a treatment for a disease, and they were denied any of the reward money granted to the scientists. Has this scenario been taken to court in the past or are there any current trials in process? What was the outcome and who were the participants?

Re: sharing the profit
Whether you have any claim would , among other things, depend on the substance and nature of the "assistance" you have provided, the circumstances under which it was provided, and whether there was any agreement regarding the "assistance."
