Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

Tree overlaps twoproperties

A large tree on property 'A' hangs over to property 'B'. Branches hang on the roof of 'B'. Property 'A' is planning to hav the tree trimmed to protect property 'A'.

Is 'A' financially responsible to have the tree trimmed for Property 'B'? Will Property 'A' be responsible for damage done to the roof of Property 'B' if the tree is not trimmed on that side??

Re: Tree overlaps twoproperties

My memory is that the tree owner (property A) is responsible for what tree limbs do to propert B. The propert B owner can -- if memory serves me -- trim the tree limbs on his side of the property.
