Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
A walk in care center wants to discourage the staff from referring a critical patient to the nearset Emergency Room. Instead they want the centers to direct the patient to a Hospital to whom they are affiliated with although farther away. Is this a lawsuit ready to happen?
