Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
My wife was scheduled for surgery. She had to sign an arbitration agreement (in case there were problems) or else the doctor would not preform the surgery. We were told to go find another doctor. Is this legal?

Yes -- unless this is a doctor under your health insurance provider. They may not permit this.
