Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I came here when I was 18 I met my husband in germany where I came from we got divorced after about 5 months. I remarried had a child was married for 4 years he started verbally abusing me but I never reported anything because I had no proof. I m married for the 3rd and last time and another child on the way my son from my 2nd marriage loves with his father since he never filed for me and I didn't have the finances to provide for me and my son. I know immigration is going to ask me about my previous marriages. Also my 2nd husband was a bit older than me and I was very young minded and a impressionable girl . Will this create a big problem for me when my now husband is going to file for me to empower me to support my family and previous child financially ?

Although your scenario is a bit complex, since you did not obtain a greencard from either prior spouse, I don't see any potential problems with your 3rd husband petitioning you for LPR. (There could be issues if you have been arrested, have had problems with USCIS, been order deported, etc).

However, you may want to consider having an experienced immigration attorney review your documents (divorce decrees, etc) & analyze the details of your case before you file.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you, & best of luck!!
