Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
As a 21 year old US citizen, can I get married while claiming my parents? The man im marrying is also a U.S citizen. I just want to know if its possible orwill it interrupt the process?

Marrying your American boyfriend is not the issue. It is about the Affidavit of Financial Support.
If you and your boyfriend make enough to meet the income or assets requirements, or if your parents have sufficient means to prove they can support themselves, the application should go through without the problem Look at Form I-864 and its instructions for more details.
