Hi, I am been In the US For almost 12 years on a expired tourist Visa. I Am soon to be Married to a Puerto Rican Citizen. I am Hiv + for almost 6 years. My soon to be my Spouse Knows this.My question is: Is there a different process for my Inmigration Process? and So How? Thanks

Being positive for HIV no longer requires a waiver to adjust your status.
