Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I am 19 years old and a green card holder. My has both my passport and green card in the United States. She won't give them to me, its not lost or stolen so I can't file a report saying that. How do I get back my green card and passport to go back to America?

Who has your passport and green card? Where are you? If someone has your travel documents in their control and they refuse to provide them to you upon request or demand, you should consider them "stolen" and file an I-90 (Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card) so you can receive a new I-551 (Green Card).
