Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I (28yrs old) have been married to an American citizen for 6yrs and will be mailing my citizenship form in January 2011. I want to file for my brother ( 22yrs old) who currently resides in Jamaica but need to know how long the process will take as his sister. Also what are the forms( eg. I-485) that I would need to complete for him?

Hello:
It will take years for the visa number to become current for your brother and that assumes you have properly done the naturalization application. Please contact me for more details.
