Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
For Affidavit of support, could the income of the intending immigrant be used if it is from overseas employment, and not U.S employment? What proof of income should be shown in that case?

If U.S. petitioner is not able to satisfy poverty guideline requirement he or she should seek a co-sponsor. In most instances overseas income of intending immigrant cannot be used.
