Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hello There. I would really appreciate if somebody could help me out to get some answers. I am in removal proceeding due to false allegations of marriage fraud on my previous marriage. My current wife with whom I have two kids file an I-130 on my behalf. The I-130 was first approved and then revoked (because of my previous marriage). An appeal was submitted and is still pending with the BOA (over a year). Well, my case has been denied by the immigration judge because he didn't get the decision on the pending appeal with the BOA . I noticed that the immigration judge that sees my case has an asylum denial rate of 90%. My question is: Would it be a good indicator of how "bias" are the judges using the asylum denial rates? If that is true , do you think it would be favorable on our case to move to another state with lower denial rates? Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this
