Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have applied for 129F this spring and approved last month, subsequently I received I-797.

Now, my fiancee will be interviewed at U.S. Embassy in Tokyo. While many documents are required to submit before the interview, the problem is I-134.

I have been working part time bases, and seeking a full-time employment. The current income is less than $10,000/yr, and a small amount of savings, that's all. I imagine that my financial situation leads to a rejection of K-visa approval.

I plan to ask my son to fill out I-134 to support my situation. What level of income,, generally speaking, does immigration require to satisfy for an approval? Is $40,000 or so suffice? What other alternatives do I have?

Thank you,

You have to be able to meet the poverty guildlines according to how many people reside in the home. If that does not work, you can have a joint sponsor assist you with filing for your husband. For assistance, call me at 904-576-2581 or email me at [email protected].
