Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hi,

we applied for LCA for H1b transfer. It got denied due to FEIN Verification. We submitted verification doc and submitted LCA again.

How much time it will take to approve?

And, If they denied LCA due to FEIN verification only, does it mean other data on LCA is good for them means they already verified it and ok?

Please help.

It can take around 7 days to two weeks to verify the LCA. Just because the FEIN needs to be verified does not mean the rest of the LCA is ok.
