Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
i applied for permanent residence through my father. i was denied. i return to my home country. can i still visit the united states? and if so how do i go about doing this?

Apply for a tourist visa in your home country. However, the reason for the denial of your permanent residence, which you did not specify, could also prevent you from being approved a tourist visa. You would have to consult a lawyer to be sure.
